Seniors

The Senior Section has an active programme of friendly and inter-club matches for the over 60's. Managed by its own convenor and sub-committee, the inter-club matches are played on a home and away basis across the year.

Inter-Club Matches take place against the following golf clubs; Blairgowrie, Dalhousie (Carnoustie), Gleneagles, Kilspindie, Ladybank, Royal Burgess, St Andrews, Bruntsfield, Panmure, Glasgow GC and Tantallon (North Berwick).

The senior committee assist with the running of the St Andrews Seniors' Open, which has been played annually on the Jubilee course in August since 1997. This competition is a wonderful opportunity for just under 200 golfers to test themselves against the Jubilee, which is recognised locally as the most challenging of all the Links courses.
